The recent controversy at the Dalhousie Faculty of Dentistry has been on my mind. I am not the only one either. Increasingly these situations bring with them a media whirlwind, a subsequent rush to judgement and then everyone moves on –without ever actually learning anything from the whole experience.

As such, I thought it would be worthwhile to try and organize my thoughts on the subject matter and share them with all of you.
